Spent Easter at this hotel and my experience was amazing. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean, comfortable and offered amazing views. The pool was also a great place to relax, with plenty of sunbeds available.

The only downside to the hotel was the limited food options. However, with so many great restaurants in the area, it wasn't a big issue for us.

The rooms were very clean, and the food was fairly good for the price except two days when the chef was off.

They asked me to pay cash and I had to wire money from USA which cost me another $45. They claimed that their credit card machine was broken.

near to the hotel you can see beautiful tourist places like atlantis water park. we liked the food and staff. strongly recommend it and we will be back.

The hotel location was great, with easy access to public transportation and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

The food at the hotel restaurant left much to be desired. the options were limited, and the quality of the dishes could have been better.

The hotel isnt new and some photos was fake! The hotel is russian friendly only, if you are different nationality bad for you! They give us a very small room...importnant things like official catalogue with price behind the door ,catalogue with telephones(restaurant,receptions etc) and black out curtains wasnt there! The hotel doesnt have elevator! Our balcony was the only that didnt have a table but only 2 chairs(all the other rooms has table)also down was the reastaurant and all the smells of foods come up to our room. The most important thing is that all the people who work there they didnt speak good english but russian...yeah russian was their second language. The cleanliness was terrible...no refresh of soaps,sampoos and the second day they took our dirty towels and never put new clean towels! Cleaner lady didnt unterstand a word and she never clean the bathroom! The people who worked there they just talk and smile to the people from Russia all the others just didnt exist! The unbeliveble was that some people in the hotel when they exit from the room they close the door very strong the noise was terrible and nobody didnt tell anything.Last and important after our complaints for the towels,the second pillow we asked and they bring us after 8 hours and some other things they didnt say sorry but only spoof !never never again!

the location was perfect, as it was down by the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to private beaches. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, always friendly and willing to help. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a variety of options to start the day right. the hotel had a refreshing pool and a convenient free bus to take guests to nearby attractions.

One downside of the hotel was the limited food and drink selection, which could be improved to cater to different preferences.
